Tai Chi Oracle ® offers Chen Style Tai Chi classes for relaxation and stress reduction/elimination, preventing illness, improving concentration, strengthening the mind and body, and slowing the effects of aging. Also, we offer Self-Defence courses based on Chen style Tai Chi and Chin Na.

Tai Chi Oracle ® covers the follow topics:

  • Tai Chi Qigong are gentle and simple, repetitive movements that helps you feel and increase Qi (universal life energy) circulating inside your physical body. High Qi-Circulation means high vitality. Qigong is a "must" for every Tai Chi practitioner, no matter of the age or fitness condition. Qigong can be also practiced on a chair.
    Silk Reeling common exercises:
    • Single Arm - Front Circle
    • Double Arm - Front Circle
    • Single Arm - Side Circle
    • Double Arm - Side Circle
    • Peng-Lu
    • Peng-Lu-Ji-An
  • Silk Reeling are simple, continuous, cyclic moving patterns. The source of Silk Reeling is the Thirteen Cinetic Movements of Tai Chi. By understanding and mastering the Silk Reeling, the Tai Chi practitioner is able to master every Tai Chi routine.
  • Xin Jia short 15 postures is an easy to learn Chen style Tai Chi routine.
  • Xin Jia long 83 postures is the sequel of the 15 Postures routine for advanced Tai Chi practitioner. It covers whole-body twining, coiling movements, and occasionally explosive releases of power.
  • International 56 postures competition form is an abridged version of Chen Style New frame routines 1 and 2, used for Chinese national and international competition. It is a unique combination created by the Chinese National Sports Institute in Beijing in 1988.
  • Self-Defence based on Chen style Tai Chi and Chin Na. It covers joint locking and leverage techniques.
